Our 1:1 coaching offers a custom-curated training program with weekly live-coached sessions. The first six weeks of the program and discussions are pre-built and mapped; the remainder of the content and direction will be evaluated at intervals throughout the program and adjusted accordingly based on the individuals' and organizations' progress and needs.

One-on-One Communication Coaching Package Includes:

• Built training and coaching schedule/map, discussions, and coaching platform customization.

• Twelve (12) 1:1, 1-hour weekly live-virtual (ZOOM) coaching and training calls with coach

• Coaching includes curated communication training content, materials, and resources.

• CliftonStrengths Full 34 Assessment.

• Access to a virtual coaching platform to aid in custom micro-learning, resources, content, and 1:1 online chat with the coach in addition to the weekly 1:1 sessions.

• Mailed toolkit: 3-ring binder for printed resources and worksheets, field notes journal and leader maintenance survival kit.
